Committee Charge:
1. To identify the current status of the spectrum of education media and services that constitute the College's instructional resources. 2. To organize information-gathering programs to assist the selection of instructional resources that will assure easily accessible materials, equipment, and services at the times and places they are needed with a minimum of inconvenience and distraction. 3. To provide continuity for the development of instructional resources when planning and equipping buildings, designing curricula, and supervising the utilizations of services. 4. To investigate the integration of technologies in instruction. 5. To serve as an advisory body for the Director of Library Services and the Dean of Administration. 6. At the first meeting of each year the committee will elect a Chairperson, establish appropriate deadlines, and update its bylaws. A copy of the committee's bylaws and deadlines must be distributed to the President of the College, the Federation President, and to the Chairperson of the Advisory Council to the President. 7. Post copies of all committee agendas, minutes and reports on the identified bulletin board. In addition, forward copies of committee agendas, minutes and reports to the President of the College, the Federation President, and the Chairperson of the Advisory Council at the same time that such material is distributed to the members of the committee. 8. At the end of each academic year, the committee will prepare an annual report on committee activities. Copies of this report must be forwarded to the President of the College, the Federation President and the Advisory Council to the President.
